In your post you mentioned you want the rifle to shoot coyotes and pds. If you want any mileage out of the barrel, stick to the .243 AI. Use the Lapua brass, have it chambered for a no turn neck, and never look back.
The 10 tw barrel that you have will handle all the bullets up to the 105 gr. There's quite and assortment to find something it likes while doing load development.
I have a custom 240 WBY that spits out the 105 VLD's at a blazing 3380 fps, which is head and heels above the 243, all at the expense of eating the throat away vigorously. The 6-284 is not far behind the .240 WBY. I don't care about mileage in my 240 WBY, I'll just chamber another when this one goes south...
