.243 10" twist and 55 grain bullets ?

I've shot hundreds of the nos 55's out of a savage striker pistol in 243-- 3500 fps from a 14" barrel with 4895. Moa and better groups too. It was good enough to head shoot prarie dogs at 100-150 yards with a pistol.

I am on the east coast and I think it is going to be a good caliber for this area.

Now if I can just get loading components.
