I've got a 9 twist in my .223 AI AR, and it shoots 'em just fine. I'm using AA 2520, and something else-- i'll have to check when i get home

Re: .223 loads> 75gr AMAX

I am wondering about what speeds a .223 Imp. could reasonably be expected to push a molyied 75g A-Max out of a 22" or 24" barrel.

Thanks, GW
