220, 240 grain Matchking

What is the highest velocity I can get from a .30-378 with a 26 inch barrel with what powder?
Thank You

Nighthawk

Depending on which rifle you have (Lot of free bore or not)
Max would be;
3100 to 3150 FPS with the 220 and 3000 to 3050FPS with the 240.

This is a guess as all my 30 cals are at least 30" long and the big 30s such as a 30/378 are 36".

The Rel 25 and H870 are the powders you may want to try.
