.22-250 LOAD help

I was given some 22 cal Hornady Match bullets. 75 gr. BTHP.

I wanted to try Varget with these bullets in my .22-250 Remington VSSF.

Will I be able to stabilize a 75 gr bullet with a factory VSSF?

If so anyone have any load data for the 75 gr bullet in 22 cal using Varget?

Thanks
Frank D

Re: .22-250 LOAD help

Unlikely. I have a 22-250 1 in 14" that I tried 70 gr. VLD's, just for the heck of it; I knew they weren't suitable. 5" groups.

Good hunting. LB

Re: .22-250 LOAD help

Thanks LB.....

I had a feeling that was the answer.. I wonder if they will work in the old Interarms .22-250 I have? I will have to check the twist on that rifle.
