215 & 230 berger hybrids

I'm looking for information on the 215 and 230 hybrids in the 300 win mag. I would like to here about the accuracy and velocities that you are seeing with each. Please include barrel length and load data. I have read all of the great info that Broz has provided us and was just wanting to know if everyone is experiencing the great accuracy as well. I'm currently waiting on a barrel and a stock for my 300 win mag and hearing from you will help with the wait.
