Choose one magnification (your choice which - crosshair/target ratio changes with magnification). I recommend highest magnification.
Have a friend walk out to 100yds with a metering band. Look through your scope and have your friend read off the number when the band exactly subtends between your crosshair posts.
Convert these inches to MILs and use as regular MILDOT scope.
1 MIL = 10centimeters at 100 meters. Website www.convert-me.com
is a good place to convert your inches to centimeters and MILS.
