What kind of rings are these?

Just got payment from a guy in the form of scope rings and he sent a set of 30mm Night Force rings and then the ones below and I can't figure out what kind of rings they are. Any help would be great. They aren't Mark 4's because the mark 4's have a circle on the top of the ring and these do not so I am out of guesses. Thanks! They have the number 9644 stamped on them too if that helps.

Not positive by any means, but they kind of look like TPS rings. All mine are engraved "TPS" though.

Do yours have the index mark as shown on the open ring?

I believe those are badger ordnance! They number their rings, they should be the same number!

I think those are just what I need. What would you take for them?
