Vortex Razor 12x50 bino, A good deal?

I have come up on a deal for a brand new pair of Vortex Razor's (non-HD so last years model) in the 12 x 50's I am thinking about picking up. I can get them for $560. DO you feel this is a good deal on these? I am thinking it is but wanted to check here first so I didn't kick myself later.
