USO 5-25x58mm or Nightforce 5.5-22x56?

I have deided that I will be getting one of these scopes. I just can't make up my mind. Which scope has better glass? Any other scope suggestions are open. I want the best glass and a tough rugged scope capable of ranging out to 1 mile and still be used for hunting.
