SWARO-- repair facility

could someone please direct me to a qualified repair facility. the optics in question are the NEW 15x56-SLC's.

Send them back to Swarovski, they should be covered for 30 odd years.

If you cant send them back in the US send them direct to Austria.

I just had a rangefinder of thier build fixed.
they were awesome.

you need to send it back to them.... call 1-800-426-3089

they will tell ya what to do.

hello all...

just had to drop a HUGE KUDOS to Swarovski for the repair services rendered to my binos. i wasnt the orig owner of this particular pair (unknown to me. as i thought i was...but thats another story), but i wouldnt have known the difference with the exceptional CS that i was afforded and the comparitive $$ i was liable for.

i should post just exactly what was replaced [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] but dont have the time. all i can say is they are darn near BRAND NEW! and im extreemly pleased of the outcome. [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif[/img]
