where can you find some of the few remaing ones left and what do they weight? from the pictures they look to be too heavy for field use. i've been trying to keep up with whats going on but someone has to work while everyone else is out having long range fun. [img]images/icons/grin.gif[/img]

    They weigh from about 8 to 12 lbs (each scope weighs 33 oz) depending which type bracket you use (thickness of aluminum, with a handle or without, etc). If you have a set with the thicker aluminum and turrets with 3 eyepieces each, they'll weigh 12 lbs. If no turrets, thinner aluminum and 1 eyepiece each around 8 lbs.
