Scope trade advice
Hey guys need some input on advice, I have a vortex pst 4-16x50 second focal plane that a guy wants to trade a leupold vari x III 8.5-25x40 1" tube target dot coin slot turrets. Which one is better glass ? I mainly punch paper and steel out to 600 but would like to shoot farther. I would be mounting on a savage fcp 308. If I hunt with the rifle it's usually fields with 200+ yd shots. If the leupold is better glass quality I plan on installing a Kenton industries turret. Need some opinions, thanks WC
