scope reliability

I hear great things about the Night Force scopes. Has anyone had one that was not up to standard? If so, how did NF deal with it ??

Re: scope reliability

My ex boss has a 12X42 and the coating on the bell side of the scope was coming off. This was over a years time of owning it. He sent it back and they repaired free of charge, no questions asked.
I have two NXS and neither one has given me any problems, although I keep forgetting to turn the reticle off and run the battery down eveytime.
