Scope for a hunting rifle

I just purchased a Weatherby Vanguard Series II. It is chambered in 300 Weatherby mag. What would be a good scope for this rifle, for hunting out to 600 yards? Thanks for any advice.

The biggest determining factor would be your budget. Let us know your budget and we can get you some better suggestions. I would recommend getting something in the 4-16x40-50mm size. With that much power I wouldnt worry much about having to find a 30mm tube and save yourself some money and weight and get a 1" tube as you wont need the additional travel the 30mm offers.

4-14 Zeiss Conquest. Pick one up from CameraLand a sponsor right here

BTW: They have some "demo" scopes on sale right now that have a "sweet" price on them.
