Mason, have you gents ever looked through the 5.5-25x56 1st focal plane - heritage in low light - I.E. street lights and house lights? I have been trying to do a standard test by seeing how the resolution in this scope is at low light. It seems the stray street lights off to the left make the scope impossible to use. A yellow/orange haze obscures the view completely. If you manipulate the scope into different positions the haze does on occasion disappear. If the street light is viewed directly no problem. This is all at high power.

I have never seen this before with any of the Nightforce scopes (I.E. 5.5-22x56), Swarovski, Zeiss or S&B scopes.

    I have used it outside under streetlights and I have not seen what you describe. I will try it again and see what happens.
