Premier reticules

Hello every one so I got to play around with one of the Premier reticules scopes to day and to say I was impressed might be an understatement its the best Ive seen all things considered Id say its better than the S&B pmi it really does not give anything to it other than S&B just came out with a MOA/MOA deal.
I really liked the turrets on the PR how you can feel the difference between the bigger numbers and the smaller numbers.
But my question is whats the deal with the bad rep for the turret locking leavers/zero stop it seems like a good idea to me why do some people hate it.

Re: Premier reticules

I have a 5-25x56 first focal plane here for evaluation. I hope the Premier gents are correct in saying their glass is as good or better then the Swarovski Z6 2.5-15x56 with FL - HD. If it is, it should be a winner. If not... not sure where to turn....

There were some issues with Premier's first gen of scopes but they have fixed those issues. Some guys have only used GEN 1 so their feedback will be based accordingly. As far as the the tool-less lever lock system, some guys didn't always set it up right. We discovered this so much after talking to guys we decided to do a video on it (see below). If you take the time to learn how to set it correctly, it isn't much of a problem. Other guys just prefer the simple hex screw system. Either way, the Premier 3-15x and 5-25x have some of the best turrets and give you some of the best optical performance on the market today. Add to that the GEN 2 XR reticle and you have a quality scope.

Thanks,

Mason @ CST

Re: Premier reticules

It really depends on the supplier.

I generally purchase the product. If I feel it is a good product for my customers and my applications, I carry the product. It is costly. Unit price, time and write up.
