Picatinny Rail

I am having a rail built for my Ruger#1.To get a 20 minute rail how many 1/1000 slope do I need machined front to back?

1 MOA = 1.047" per 1200" = 0.8725" per 1000"
20 x 0.8725 = 17.45" per 1000"
