Does anyone know if the Nikon Tactical 4-16 is in the first focal plane?

yup.. but still worth every penny.. at least the 3 I have..
there is something to say about paying attention to detail.

In the box with the scope is
4" sunshade
butler creep caps
and coupon for a mil-dot master

Leupold, NXS or anyone else doesn't do that .... yet...
