Nightforce Reticle Questions

In a 3.5-15x56 NXS scope at what power must the scope be on to range with the NP-R2 reticle?

I have a 5.5-22 and a 8-32 and the power must be set to 22 to range with both scopes as intended by the factory.

Anyone know why the NP-R2 reticle was not offered in the 3.5-15x56 model?
