I agree with Shawn about the 3.5-15x50mm also if you are doing a 300 RUM. The Nightforce are great scope and very robust. They take a lot of abuse and will give it back. We have a lot in stock.

Nightforce NSX scopes are a bargin. If one wants a better scope than a NSX you will have to spend twice as much to get a small amount of improvement.

What sort of max ranges would these scopes be good for on a hunting gun, considering theres no parrallax adjustment

That adjustment should be the knob on the left side.

The left side knob is the ill reticle power knob. The distance is more reliant on the rifle and shooter the the fixed parrallax. I shoot my 10" practice disks out to 1150 yards with mine on my 280 Ack Imp and while it is not a 5.5-22 on a 338 Edge you wouldn't want to bet against me hitting it in good conditions.

Thanks. Good to know. I am so used to Leupold scopes that I assumed that is was for adjustment. Thanks for the clarification.

For 600 yards the 3.5-15x50 would be about perfect for most folks.
