need help identifying scope

I found an old scope in a deceased relatives foot locker. I believe he brought it home from Vietnam and I was wondering if anyone could help in identifying it. The scope is an older Leatherwood 3-9. It has the ranging system and the ranging ring goes from 2 to 6 then it has (X100M) so I am guessing it will range from 200 to 600 meters. the reticle is very unusual it looks like a heavy duplex with 2 thin milling bars on the vertical crosshair and 2 thin milling bars on the horizontal crosshair. It almost looks like a Leupold TMR. On the bottom left it has a ranging scale in inches and on the bottom right it has a ranging scale in meters. The scope also includes the Leatherwood base designed to fit the Picatinny rail. on the rear of the mount there is a white nylon looking bushing that rides under the ranging ring. The ranging ring looks like a cam and when you turn the ranging ring it pushes against the nylon bushing and elevates the rear of the scope to give you the proper elevation to make the shot. Here are some pics. Any help would be appreciated. Also if anyone would know the value of this scope let me know. Thanks

Re: need help identifying scope

I did some research and know it's not an old vietnam era scope. It is the m-600 civilian model of the military scope. Does anyone know when it was made and what the value of it is? Thanks again.
