Re: My IOR 3-18x42mm
Very Nice. Did that scope also come with a sunshade as well? I am having a 700 build up now and I am planing on putting the 3-18 and the cosine indicator on as well. glad to see low rings will fit. Gives me a place to start when I order the scope.

Very nice!!
It's good to see a 'personalized' custom rig. Good choices!

Re: My IOR 3-18x42mm
Indeed it did come with a sunshade. I just didn't publish those pics. I can if you wish. PM me when you want to get an IOR. I have an FFL and can get you a great price. I got dealer pricing directly from IOR in Colorado.
The ACI had zero problems mounting under neath the "tube"; won't go under the turret housing. The B-square bubble may actually be touching the 35mm tube. I can't get a .006 shim in between them.
Shim? Actually used a set of feeler guages to get the scope mounted level. Kept inserting a "gang" of them between the top of the picatinny base and the bottom of the turret housing until it was a snug fit and the reticle was plumb. Neat idea I found over on sniper.hide.net

Thanks Roy!

Re: My IOR 3-18x42mm
Sweet!!!
That 35mm tube sure makes the 42mm bell look small.I like the dot center better than the x hairs on the old MP-8.
I asuume the scope is calibrated to be ½ mills @ 10x.Just out of curiosity have you checked to see what the spaceing of the hashes are @ 18x?

Mach V,
Magnification adjust ring shows 10x at the proper mildot power.
Not yet. Just came last Wednesday, IOR accidentialy forgot to send the 35mm rings. They arrived Monday. So, I've only had it on/off my rifle for less than 40 hours and I have to work this Saturday am. Dang it!
