Looking for set of rings with level for Ruger Mark II
Looking for a set of rings with level for Ruger Mark II, 1" tube. Can anybody point me in the right direction?

Weaver makes an adapter for the Ruger that will accept any Weaver base. That would be the easy way, or you can buy a level that attaches to the scope tube.
