Leupold's CDS Custom Dial System

I've traded up most of my Leupold's for better glass but a friend of mine is looking to unload one of these a great price. The system looks like a good idea but I haven't heard any long term reviews on it. I'm also interested to hear how people figure out there loads when you are like me....develop at 4,000 ft @ 75F and hunt at 7500 ft @ 50F.
