Kenton Ind. Trajectory Comensator

Can anyone give me there input on the trajectory compensator products from these guys, it looks like a good deal. Looking for something simple for my father. any other recomendations would be great, he is a big fan of Leupold products. Thanks!

Consider having Leupold put on MOA knobs. I'm not sure if by 'trajectory compensator' you mean 'bullet drop compensator' or 'BDC', but if you do mean a BDC, I think most guys on LRH would reccomend that you get MOA knobs and not a BDC. BDC's are just not flexible enough to the load and conditions on hand. Good luck.

I think Kenton will make a MOA or mil knob for you if you call.

If you own a Leupold scope then send it to Leupold and have them install turrets on the scope. The Turruts will adjust in Inchs Per Hundred Yards..

Talked with a Leupold tech guy today and the M1 turret is 1/4 MOA per click.

Better check that when you get the scope. A lot of Leupold scopes say 1/4 MOA when in fact theyadjust in Inches Per Humdred Yards (IPHY) and not MOA

With the scope mounted and the rifle in a clamped non moving postion. run a tape measure verticaly at 100 yards and dial 20 MOA with the turret if the reticle moved 20 Inches then the scope adjust in IPHY, if the reticle moved just shy of 21 then the scope adjusts in MOA.

Hey jwp475

Thanks for the heads up about the adjustments. The reason I had called the tech in the first place was because a neighbor and I had that same discussion about the adjustment being inches or moa. I have been told by two different Leupold tech’s now that the M1 turret is moa. Will use your suggestion and check it. Thanks
