How do I change the reticle in a Leupold?

Instead of buying a $1000 scope how big of deal would it be to change a VX-III 4.5-14x40 or 6.5-20x50 to mil dot?

send it back to Leupold, or to www.premierreticles.com

Premier is authorized by Leupold to modify their scopes, and this will not void the warranty. Premier offers more options than Leupold...

Dick Thomas of Premier Reticles has recently passed away, and I understand they're a few weeks behind on orders as a result, FWIW...

My 4.5-14 is going to Premier for the Gen II just as soon as they get them in stock--they're out right now for that power.

I think I will send my scope to them and my gun to McMillan on Monday.

Going to be a LONG 3 month weight.
