Does anyone have experence with the Burris 8x32 50mm "Black Diamond" scope?

I have been thinking of getting one of the 8x32 50mm Black Diamond scopes for a .308 project I have been working on, but no one around here has one in stock to look at, and I don't know anyone that has used one...

... if you have used one, what do you think of it (yes, I know it only has 40moa of elevation... I can live with that).

I'm mostly concerned with overall machanical quality - optical quality - and repeatablilty of the elevation/windage adjustments.
