South Africa - Here a firearm is not considered to be property. All gunowners now have to re register their firearms, write competency tests and motivate each and every differnt rifle they apply for. New firearm licences are almost unheard of and loads of gunshops went bancrupt. You are limited to 2 rifles, unless you obtain dedicated hunter status (more tests and compulsory membership of clubs and hunts) allowing you 4 rifles.
