Burris rings on Leupold bases?

I would like to use a set of Burris double dovetail rings on my rifle with Leuplod bases. Will these interchange? I don't want to swap out the bases as they have been opened up for larger screws. I thought the rings were a little different in height as were the bases. Thanks for any help.

Re: Burris rings on Leupold bases?

Hi Birdshooter,

I'm using Burris rings on a Leupold std base and it works fine. I figure the same thing goes for the DD base-ring combo.

Re: Burris rings on Leupold bases?

hey Birdshooter!

As folks have said, there's no problem. Burris and Leupold dual dovetail setups are interchangeable.

It's not what you were asking about, but one cool setup for a TC is a Burris base and Leupold super low rings.

Later ...
