Bino Harness Attachment ?

For those of you that are using the Bino harness system from Crooked Horn, how are you attaching them to your Bino's? It just seems like there is a better way to attach a pair of $500-$1500 bino's other than the provided electrical ties? Any suggestions? Thanks!

Re: Bino Harness Attachment ?

I get small split rings like used on keys, only smaller. They go on once and stay there. Just be sure to keep them open with a small plier as you rotate them or they can really cut the finish on your binoculars. They are plenty strong and the harness snaps on & off easily. Exactly. Here's a pic of mine attached to the Newcon 7X40's (sorry everything's still dirty from my elk hunt):

IIRC, the rings came with the harness. Didn't yours come with them?
