bEST SPOTTING SCOPE UNDER $200

The range I shoot at has a max of 350 yds. I'm looking to find the best spotter I can for under 200 that might show me holes at 350 yds on white paper. I've seen really good things about the celestran ultima 80 and have located a new one for about $150. Are there any others I should consider.

well, for what it's worth I ordered it, got it, and went to the range today. WOW. That big 80mm bell sucks in the light. I couldn't be happier. I can easily see holes at 350---even when they double up. If you're not looking to spend a pile of money on a scope I'd say this one is worth the look.
