I've had a Sightron sIII 6-24X50 for a few years now and it has performed great. It has been on a 6BR and a 338 Lapua Improved and has held zero and tracks well. Side parNo problems. Glass is very clear
It also has a lifetime warranty and customer service is awesome.
Make sure you get a 20 moa base if you want to shoot to 1000yds since it doesn't have the adjustment range of a NF.
They have target turrets with screw on covers.
Thanks!!! Joel has installed a 20moa base, so I'm just trying to figure out the scope! Everyone has been a big help!!
The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government.
6x24 x 50 bushnell 4200 elite easily the best 0f the jap scopes only downside is it needs a bit more elevation adjustment 20 moa rail and its great ,they have been in the optics game way before sightron was ever dreamt up.
What about the Nikon Monarch 6x24? There used to be a lot of talk on here about the Nikon's but I haven't heard much lately. I haven't had any experience with them myself but the ones that I have looked through looked pretty good but I don't know how good they are mechanically. Price is in the $500 range.
Yeh i dont think you will go wrong with any of the scopes mentioned dont know anything about clearidge optics, havent seen them in this country yet. I had the bushnell on my 300 rum it was flawless very clear glass. Sold that rifle complete to a mate now built an edge bought the same scope for it cheers mick.
