30mm Scope Rings

What height scope rings should i get for a 4-16x50mm scope? Also does anyone have any suggestions on what brand to buy?

Depends how your rifle and base are set up.Low to med fit most of my applications but some vary 1/4'' in model for same medium,between brands.I like Seekins,NF lite. mark 4.Most are listed top of rail to centerline,but that varies also like burris tact.
