0 MOA or 20MOA?

I have a Rem. 700 chambered in 7mm Rem. Mag. and I just got a Leupold Mark 4 4.5-14 x 50mm LR/T and I was wondering what Height Rings I should get to clear this scope and whether I should use a 0 or 20 MOA 1 piece base. As for quality I am thinking along the lines of Badger Ordinance, Nightforce, Or Valdada. I plan on shooting at targets out to 1000 yards and using it for hunting out to about 600 yards.

Any ideas guys?

Call Glen Seekins at Seekins Precision. Great rings and he will take the time to get you set up with the right base and rings.
