Indeed poorly written and appears that way but when I called their CS when I was working on my son's 700 they refer me that. There's a couple of manuals meant for multiple models that singles out the 710 the same way (probably written by the same person
82ndreddevil - my Wheeler Engineering FAT torque wrench screwdriver came with torque chart recommendations in the instruction manual.
