Wheeler torque wrench

I Just purchased a Wheeler torque wrench so that I can keep my receiver bolts torqued properly on my Remington 700. I have looked in the owners manuel and I cant find anything that shows what the torque is. Does anyone have any guidence?

Indeed poorly written and appears that way but when I called their CS when I was working on my son's 700 they refer me that. There's a couple of manuals meant for multiple models that singles out the 710 the same way (probably written by the same person ).

82ndreddevil - my Wheeler Engineering FAT torque wrench screwdriver came with torque chart recommendations in the instruction manual.
