Nice job!! Great shot and story. It is evident that your planning and practice payed off with a nice LR trophy. So how will you have him done? Just tanned , rug or mount? I hope to take my first bobcat this season. Just bought a license yesterday.

He's going to be in a full body mount. A corner mought up on the wall in the den with him all blown up saying "I'm the big cat here"... . Just too nice of an animal not to do something like that with.

That big old head of his with the full cheek feathers all done up is going to be awfully nice. Heck the taxidermist wanted to buy him from me if I didn't want him HA!

Actually it made a pretty big ugly hole since it went stright out through the point of the shoulder.
