Weaver to Picatinny?

Would it be possible to mount some kind of adapter, so I could put a canted picatinny base on top of my weaver?

Or do you know of any rings that are canted that I could just put right on my weaver? Thanks.

Just browsing the thread and I think you need to add just a little more info for some of these guys to answer you.
I know the two mounts are 'technically' different but usually. A scope base whether a Pic. or Weaver has a MOA slope already in it "unless the base is incorporated in the design of the Receiver, such as a AR or custom bolt-action Receiver. Then usually they are zero cant for the most part.

I this a Bolt or AR platform. the question (imho) sounds a little odd. about stacking a picatinny on top a weaver. ??? . Is this some kind of specialty optic such as NV or similar ?
