Re: Time for a new cell phone.

Has anybody read the acknowledgement statement concerning the phone tracking requirement on the shooter program? Why does the program need to know where I am? Not crazy bout this....

So that it knows which is the closest weather station to query for data, and so that it knows your elevation using GPS.

If it bothers you then enter it all by hand.

Another vote for iPhone. I use Ballistic FTE as well as Bullet Filght. You don't need cell coverage to run either app.

Re: Time for a new cell phone.

I have only used the I-phone 4s with Bullet flight and a Terrapin PLRf 05 and it is a combination that has been very accurate for me, so I haven't tried others.
