I'll add to what Dave King said.

All of that article is "BS", written by an someone that knows nothing of what they write (not uncommon in the shooting sports).
There are numerous bullets with BCs over 1.00, I shoot one with a BC of 1.05 in one of my rifles.

And when you get into the larger bores, and specialty projectiles like 18 pound darts, the BCs can get astronomical... like into the double and triple digits.

Nor is BC based on a constantant velocity, or "perfect" moon like conditions.

I would sugest that you discard anything in that article that may have stuck to your gray cells.
