Savage 112J with BALVar 6-24

Hi Gang-
I have Just purchased a Savage 112 "J" Series
Rifle That has less than 200 rounds through it! Looks brand new, It is chambered in 25-06
26" BBL, with BALvar 6-24 power scope. I cannot find much info on the "J" series. I have no experince with the 25-06. But I am hoping that This Combo will be as good as my Rem.40X in 22-250 any comments or info will be a big help Thanks [img]images/icons/grin.gif[/img] [img]images/icons/grin.gif[/img]
