Sako 75 300 WSM problems. Where do I start.

I am having problems with one of my rifles. Sako 75 Stainless Hunter 300 WSM. VERY FRUSTRATED. I am getting flyers. Not talking just a little. You get past 200 yards and one will be two to five inches off. One out of the three are flying. It doesn't seem to matter if the barrel is hot or cold. Everything we shoot is hand loads. We have tried every recipe. Conditions does not seem to matter. Ive even had a good friend who is a great long distance shooter check it and it does the same. I had the scope sent to leupold and had the BDC recticle put in. I thought it might be that. I had that checked and its not. WHERE DO I START?

A loose scope mount?
A loose scope base? (I had a screw bottom out once that made me think the base was tight, when in fact it was just loose enough to cause problems.
How many firings on your brass? Have you annealed? Neck Tension on brass can cause that as well.
Have you checked your action screws lately?

These would be the things I would check first.

Have a look at the following thread...

You may not have the same exact problem. But, the troubleshooting priciples seem applicable.

Bedding. As it heats up it is touching somewhere maybe.

Action screws loose?

Mounts/rings as mentioned?

I had a 300 WSM. If you are using Winchester brass, chuck it and buy some Norma or R-P. You should see a better result. Try switching primers if you haven't tried that yet.
