Redrock Precision Rifles

Just wondering if anyone else out there has had a bad experience with these guys.

My hunting buddy and I paid them to convert 3 rifles for us and they kept everything they stripped off the guns....the scopes with rings and mounts, even the cases we delivered the guns in. They promised to ship our things to us but stopped answering the phone or returning messages and it has been 2 months.

The also did load development on all 3 rifles for us as well and promised to fax or email us the specs but we have not received this info either.

Would love to know if anyone out there has had a similar experience.

Re: Redrock Precision Rifles

Find out where there shop is and pay them a visit...That's what I'd do if it were my stuff.

That's just another reason why I use local gunsmiths that I know. I refuse to ship any gun. Even if it needs replacing and is under mfg warranty, I'd rather drive to my local smith and pay him to fix whatever it needs. Plus it's always gonna be better after a professional fixes it than somebody hired off the street back at the mfg plant. Just my thoughts...

Re: Redrock Precision Rifles

Had our attorney write a letter and what do you know....our phones rang off the hook and we had our stuff show up today. Sad it takes that to get people to act responsibly

Re: Redrock Precision Rifles

I'm suprised about Redrock. They are a Hunt'in Fool endorsed supplier.

Sounds like Redrock is a tad better than Benchmark (another thread on here). No reply is better than a ****** reply.

Re: Redrock Precision Rifles

Wow!!! I have also seen them in the Huntin Fool Magazine. I would call them and give them the heads up as well! They don't seem the type that would accept that type of behavior in their magazine ads, especially since it could reflect upon them. I had read an article on them a while back, but now will stay clear.
