How do you get updates?
With all these new bullets coming out in the last couple of years,as well as new cartridges, my software is outdated.

Updates are available from NECO. They are not free.

Correct, from NECO. Cost depends on what version you currently have.

Its $15.95 if you have 3.0 or later. Its $52 if you have a floppy version.

The product is updated (in my experience) once or twice a year.
