Pronghorn vs. 155 Amax

At 467 yards the Amax put this goat down a follow up shot was needed at 10 yards to end it. These animals are pound for pound tough as any. We shot 2 other goats,1 at 440 and the other right at 400. All with good results.

Wow, now that's what I call expansion/explosion. I would hate to shoot an amax at something closer. Nice goat and nice shot!

Are those entrance holes or exit holes?

My goat took a 162gr A-Max and was hit pretty hard. At least that's what I thought before I saw the pictures you posted. Geeeez, the 155's look like they explode on impact. I assume that the shoulder was shot first. Correct?
