My best target ever

Not bad for an "inherently inaccurate break open gun" but it is only 100yds, so not really long range.

Long range shooting is a process that ends with a result. Once you start to focus on the result (where the shot goes, how big the group is, what your buck will score, what your match score is, what place you are in...) then you loose the capacity to focus on the process.

Niiice. I'm still looking for one that good. I have a new Cooper arriving later this week. The test target shows the rifle can do it, just hope I can. Cheers!

Re: My best target ever

Kyle,

Now you're getting it... keep shooting those groups and build you confindence.. learn what shooting that group felt like.. cheek weld, rear pressure, trigger squeeze, breathing.. commit those feelings to memory and you soon know "when you in the grove" Shooting great groups is repition and muscle memory... after you have that you work on reading conditions...

looking good keep it up!
