+1 for the properly installed muzzle brake
. As far as accuracy, for sake of starting an argument, find a rifle that has a properly installed muzzle brake, shoot a three shot group at known distance with muzzle brake installed. Then at same distance unscrew your muzzle break (given it is a removable muzzle break) and shoot 3 shots. Compare the groups, and there is your answer. I tried it, and was pleasantly amazed with the results of a muzzle break and the effect it had on accuracy.
