Mulie Doe/338edge

Hello Everyone,
Well this was the last weekend of our doe late season. So the girlfriend and I went out to try to get the first kill with my Savage 338 Edge. Got to the corn field that they usually come out to feed at. Had 3 does come out to the corn about 30mins before end of shooting light. Ranged them at 275 yards. Got the atmospheric conditions from my kestrel and put them into shooter. So I dialed in the 3.2 MOA and got behind the rifle. She was Quartering away when I shot. Left a .338 hole going in but blew the off shoulder to pieces. The load is 300gr SMK/H1000/CCI250 going 2750. Anyways I was EXCITED to say the least!

I shot one with my edge last year at close range like that. Dang deer hit the ground like it fell off of a cliff. Welcome to the 338 edge world.
