Re: Montana Deer and Elk Hunting

You think you got a lot of out of staters. Try hunting in a state you can buy over the counter deer and ELK TAGS! The last 2 years in Idaho have been disgusting to say the least. No moral values, no respect to posted signs and total lack of knowledge. I was born and raised here and have hunted with quite a few nice respectful out of staters but the ratio of good to bad has become overwhelming. I'm about done. Maybe I'll stick to steel from now on.

That's rough. Don't give it up, find a way to get away from them. Come over here and hunt w/ me in MT. You can't lose what really matters.

Thanks. Funny think about it is my spike camp sit's on the border of mt. Id. and by sits I mean smack dead center middle. One side of the mountain is Idaho the other side is Montana. Now if I could just coax them crazy critters to come to my side during the Idaho rifle season.

Re: Montana Deer and Elk Hunting

Are you hunting near Salmon ID? I shouldn't even ask, especially on a public forum. If it were me I wouldn't answer. Your answer made me think of that area.

I agree stay in SC, im not a big fan on out-of-staters as it is, but when this crap happens it angers me...
