Moa at 300yd's question

Moa at 300yd's question

My group at 300yd's is 2 3/4 in. how much moa is that i am shooting ? I think it needs playing with some more but BIGBUCK says leave it alone what do you guys think ? THANKS FOR ALL INPUT

    group size *(yardage/100)

    2.75/3 = .917 MOA

    Long range shooting is a process that ends with a result. Once you start to focus on the result (how bad your last shot was, how big the group is going to be, what your buck will score, what your match score is, what place you are in...) then you loose the capacity to focus on the process.

    at 300 yards 1 MOA is 3.14". 2.75"/3.14"=.88 MOA. I would see how it does at say 400 or 500 yards before changing anything, nice shooting.

    And I do stand corrected since 1 MOA = 1.047" at 100 yards.

    It all depends on what your intentions are with it. That's plenty good enough to hunt with out a ways but won't break any records. It is good shooting and I agree I would see how far you can push it out there. Nice job!

    SHOT AT 400 yds TODAY HAD A 4.5" GROUP WHAT DO YALL THINK ?
